This is a unique accountability process that's intended to teach you how to unlock your own nutritional habits and make adjustments that you need to work for you. We do this to promote overall wellbeing, better energy, better sleep, better mental health, improved relationships. This often includes weight loss if there is excess body fat and water retention.
I am a certified Weight Loss Specialist. Everyone's body and goals are different. I will work with you to set goals that support your health and your well-being alongside a naturally healthy body weight fitting for you. During the time we work together I'd like to track any hormone correction and appetite regulation.
Short answer, yes! I can! I know all sorts of delicious and healthy substitutes for good nutrition if certain exclusions are necessary. But you know your limitations and sensitivities better than I do. Therefore, as we work together to discover your favorite hacks for tasty recipes and new habits, I need you to be open to discussions with me about how you're feeling and take responsibility to be aware of what is in any foods that you consume. Ask yourself: "where did this food come from, how was it handled, has it contacted allergens while it was manufactured?"

What I want is for you to improve nutrition habits, create a new healthier mindset and self-awareness. At first there will be an initial detox period, but after that there are no restrictions to foods (with exceptions of course for food allergies and sensitivities). I want to empower you with lifelong education and tools that are convenient, sensible, and go with you anywhere. I will not be creating meal plans for you or telling you what not to eat.
Portioning your meals and snacks, balanced nutrition every time you eat, all foods are unlimited, education so can decide what you don't want to eat, learn to regulate impulse eating, listen to the body's hunger signals, understand reasons why to prioritize certain food groups, making healthy habits easy.
